What are my options for getting support on the Essential plan (and the Starter plan, the corresponding legacy plan)?

Essential and Starter plan customers have two options for getting support:
- We do not provide 1:1 support for these plans, except for the following areas:
- Billing issues
- Product bugs
- For help with anything else, check out our knowledge base documentation or get advice from other customers in the Community.
