Support options for Essential plan

What are my options for getting support on the Essential plan (and the Starter plan, the corresponding legacy plan)?

Essential and Starter plan customers have two options for getting support:

• We do not provide 1:1 support for these plans, except for the following areas:
• Billing issues
• Product bugs
