Can I bulk delete suspended tickets?

Answer

There is no native way to mass delete suspended tickets. That being said there is an application in our app store that is designed to bulk delete suspended tickets, see Suspended Ticket Bulk Deletion App. Alternatively suspended tickets that are greater than two weeks old, will automatically be deleted by the system.
