Can I create a new ticket placeholder?

I want to customize the placeholders used in my tickets. Can I create a new ticket placeholder? 

Answer

No, placeholders are a system default and it's not possible to create a new one. If you want more control over how placeholder data is selected and displayed, use Liquid markup.
