How can I choose a which brand I retain, when downgrading from Multibrand?

Answer

It is possible to choose any one of your brands to keep, when you downgrade from a Multibrand account to a single brand plan. The agent route refers to the brand that is associated as with your subdomain and is what will be used when you downgrade from Multibrand.

To view which brand is set as your agent route:

• Select Admin icon (  ) > Manage > Brands. The brand that is associated with your agent route will be indicated by (agent).
• On this page you will have the option to set your default brand as well, however this option does not factor into which brand will remain once you downgrade your account.

To change the agent route:

• Click the Admin icon (  ) in the sidebar, then select Settings > Account > Subdomain. This will set your agent route to the desired brand you wish to keep.

Please note that changing your agent brand will change the subdomain of your Support account and doing so could cause side effects. For more information on possible side effects, see Renaming your subdomain: the side effects.
