What is a Brand ID?

Brands are your customer-facing identities, which represent multiple products or services. See Setting up multiple brands for more information on this feature. 

Brand IDs are the JSON identifiers for your brands that remain constant (even if your brand names change). See our Brands API documentation for more resources. 

How can I find it?

To get a list of all your brands and their IDs, go to the following URL (simply replace subdomain with your account's actual subdomain):

https://subdomain.zendesk.com/api/v2/brands.json

Alternatively, you can view the Brand ID for an individual brand within the Support user interface:

1. Navigate to the Admin icon (  ) in the sidebar, then select Manage > Brands.
2. Click on the brand you're evaluating.
3. Hover over the hyperlink titled Outgoing Notifications. 
   
4. In the bottom left of the page, you'll see your browser's hyperlink path preview. The brand ID is the last set of numbers you see in the URL.
