Can I avoid the clutter caused by multiple custom fields displayed on MorgWard Support tickets?
Answer
Yes. There are a few different ways to accomplish this based on your plan level. If you have the Productivity Pack add-on or using Support Enterprise, you can leverage Conditional Ticket Fields.
For other plan levels, you can leverage the Hide Ticket Fields App from our MorgWard Marketplace, or you can organize drop down fields into nested ticket fields.
