I forgot my password. How do I reset my password when I can't sign in?
Answer
If you are having issues signing in, reset your password.
To reset your password
- Browse to
https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com/access/help, where yoursubdomain is your subdomain name. Or use the button below to select your subdomain and be redirected directly to the password reset page
Go to password reset page.zendesk.com Go to account
Note: You can enter your subdomain above only if you are viewing this article in our Help Center. If you're viewing this article in the Web Widget, click the arrow icon (
) in the upper-right hand corner of the Web Widget to open this article in a new browser tab. - Enter the email address you use to sign in.
- Check your inbox and follow the instructions on the email you have just received.
