I want to check on a ticket I logged when I contacted MorgWard Customer Support, but my agent credentials don't work. Do I need to use different credentials here?

Signing in into the MorgWard Support Customer Portal, to view your tickets from within this Help Center requires different credentials than what you might normally use to log into your own MorgWard Support account.
If you've communicated with our Customer Support through email previously, you're already registered but you don't have a password set up yet. To do so, click here.
If you have previously set up a password as an end-user for this Help Center, but can't remember it, clear the cache and cookies of your browser and then click here to reset your password.
