On the Support Essential plan, can I deactivate triggers or automations?
Answer
It is possible to deactivate triggers on the Essential plan. It is also possible to create and edit triggers. However, the Essential plan offers only a limited set of conditions and actions for triggers
Important: Triggers are the mechanism that deliver email notifications of ticket updates to end-users and agents. If all triggers are deactivated, email notifications about ticket activity will not be sent. By default email notifications are handled by the Support default triggers.
The Support Essential plan has a single automation by default which is used to automatically close tickets after 4 days. It is not possible to deactivate this automation.
