Can I have an automation check conditions in minutes instead of hours?
Answer
At this time automations fire once an hour and cannot fire based on minutes, so instructing them to check for conditions smaller than an hour would not help you achieve your goal. Please refer to About automations and how they work for more information.
It's also important to consider what you're hoping to accomplish with this automation - could an SLA policy help you achieve it instead?
