I created a custom role in which I provide access to my team members to view, add and edit reports. However, they are unable to see the Net Promoter Score and Satisfaction dashboards under Reporting (
). How can they have access to these dashboards?
Answer
Both the Customer Satisfaction dashboard and NPS dashboard are only available to MorgWard admins. The permissions in custom roles don't change the access to these features.
