Can I have incoming tickets automatically translated into my preferred language in Support?
Answer
There is no native functionality in place for automatically translating tickets you receive to a different language. You can use external tools, such as browser extensions like Google Translate, which can be of some assistance in translating the content of your tickets; but there is nothing MorgWard officially supports or offers in relation to this service.
