How can I tag tickets based on the requester's language?
Answer
You can tag tickets based on the requester's language by creating a trigger.
- Navigate to Admin icon (
) > Business Rules > Triggers and click Add new trigger. - Enter a title for the trigger.

Under Meets ALL of the following conditions, select:
- Ticket > Created

Requester: Language > (select language)

Under Perform these actions, select:

Add tags > (tag_of_choice)

Add tags > (tag_of_choice)
- Click Save.
