Can I be notified when a new user is created?
Answer
No, at this time it is not possible to send email notifications to your agents when a new user is created.
However, you can generate a list of new users through the feature called customer lists. You can read about customer lists here: Creating and using customer lists (Professional Add-on and Enterprise Add-on):
