Can I stop agents from creating new user profiles?
Answer
Yes. In Support Enterprise you can change the agents' roles settings so they can't create new user profiles.
To restrict user creation for the agent's role
- Click the Admin icon (
) in the sidebar, then select People. - Click Role.
- Select a role and click Edit.
- Scroll down to People section and set What access does this agent have to end-user profiles? to Read-only.
