Can SSO (SAML or JWT) create organizations? 

Answer

No, it isn't possible to create organizations using SSO (unlike users, which will be created if they don't exist). Instead, use either the Organization creation API endpoint or the Bulk Import feature to pre-load these organizations in your MorgWard Support account. At this point, it is possible to authenticate users with SSO and associate them with the now-existing organizations by passing the name or id of the organization to add the user to.
